Why Do You Feel Like One Big Sh*t? Suffering from Hair Loss and Acne?

Why Do You Feel Like One Big Sh*t? Suffering from Hair Loss and Acne?

Time to Get Moving! 💪

You’re scrolling through Instagram, admiring those fit physiques, glowing skin, and endless energy, but... you’ve been at it for 45 minutes and still haven’t gotten out of bed? You’re asking yourself: "Why do I feel so awful?"

The reality is, what you’re searching for is already within you. Great looks and well-being come from years of dedication and a healthy lifestyle. Your role models aren’t spending hours scrolling Instagram, eating junk food, or binge-watching Netflix late at night. They’re putting in the hard work and only showing you the highlights to inspire you.

Beware of Dopamine Addiction 📱

Our constant scrolling is feeding a dopamine addiction, making it harder to find motivation and satisfaction in real life. Every time you swipe, like, or get a notification, your brain gets a quick hit of dopamine. But the more you indulge, the less motivated you are to pursue meaningful activities. It’s a cycle that drains your energy and focus, leaving you stuck in a rut.

What’s Your Bedtime Routine? 💤

You want more energy and focus, but is your sleep routine up to par? Late-night caffeine, constant exposure to screens, and the lure of endless social media—these habits are sabotaging your health. Instead of turning to more supplements and energy boosters, try a different approach. Cut off your caffeine intake by 2:00 PM, switch off your electronics after 9:00 PM, read a book, or take a relaxing bath. Quality sleep is the foundation of your health and energy. Have a baby sleep  routine. Light dinner, bath, sleeping light, soothing music, even meditation. Prioritise your sleep!

Nourish Your Body, Don’t Just Eat 🍽️

It’s not enough to simply eat; you need to nourish your body with the right nutrients tailored to your unique needs. What works for someone else might not work for you. Your diet should reflect your age, sex, weight, lifestyle, and personal health goals. Just because a particular diet plan or food trend works for others doesn’t mean it’s right for you. Take the time to understand what your body needs to thrive and provide it with the essential nutrients it requires. Nourishing your body with the right foods will help you achieve your best self.

Where Does Your Energy Come From? ⚡

Living a healthy lifestyle is your fuel for action. Good sleep, nutritious food, and regular exercise—all of these add up to sustained energy. Without proper rest, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, you’ll continue to feel drained.

As someone who advocates for good sleep and nutrition, I can’t stress this enough: Break the dopamine cycle, nourish your body, prioritize sleep, and watch how your energy levels soar! 🌟
